Covered Bridge requires all residents to maintain $100,000 in personal liability coverage as part of their lease agreement. This requirement applies to new and renewing residents once the Resident Liability Insurance (RLI) lease addendum has been signed.This coverage helps protect you, your neighbors, and the community.
Resident insurance is required for all residents. If proof of an active renters insurance policy is not on file by the move-in date, the resident will be automatically enrolled in the community’s master insurance policy.

Build Your Credit While You Rent
Covered Bridge residents are eligible to participate in Rentistry, a rent reporting and credit-building service provided in partnership with Foxen.
For $8 per month, Rentistry helps residents build and strengthen their credit by reporting rent payment history to major credit bureaus.
Residents enrolled in Rentistry also receive access to the Foxen Resident Portal, where they can:

Residents are automatically enrolled in Rentistry at the beginning of their lease unless they choose to opt out.
You may cancel or opt out of the program at any time.
Additional Information
To ensure accurate reporting, residents may be asked to verify personal information such as their legal name and date of birth through the Foxen Resident Portal.
